Recirculate IT Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based IT asset trading and refurbishment company specializing in enterprise-grade laptops and IT hardware for wholesale export markets across Southeast Asia.

We operate on a high-volume, fast inventory turnover model (45-day cycle target) and are expanding our wholesale export division.

🎯 Role Overview

This is a performance-driven B2B export sales role responsible for:

  • Managing overseas wholesale buyers

  • Driving high-volume monthly sales

  • Expanding new export markets

  • Protecting company margins

You will work closely with procurement and operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and shipment coordination.

📊 Performance Expectations

  • Target Monthly Revenue: Minimum SGD 300,000

  • Revenue achievement reviewed monthly

  • 3-month probation with progressive revenue targets

This role is suitable for candidates who are confident in handling volume-based B2B trading.

💰 Compensation Structure

Base Salary: SGD 3,000

Commission (based on collected monthly revenue):

  • 0.5% up to $300,000

  • 0.7% above $400,000

  • 1.0% above $500,000

No cap on commission.

Estimated total income:
$4,500 – $6,500+ depending on performance.

📦 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow overseas wholesale accounts

  • Identify and onboard new B2B buyers

  • Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines

  • Ensure timely customer payments

  • Coordinate export documentation and shipment schedules

✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience preferred

  • Experience in electronics / IT hardware trading is advantageous

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
