Job Description
Our client is an established medical company that seeks to provide top-notch, quality healthcare to their customers. This is a commercially-focused marketing role with direct impact on service strategy and patient access. You will be driving business innovation and growth for the organisation. In this role, the successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in product life cycle management, possess a good grasp in services marketing, provide market insights on medical trends and account management with business stakeholders, doctors and industry partners.
Responsibilities
· Leverage on data and business analytics to drive insights, identify business opportunities and track progress of marketing initiatives.
· Identify leads and maintain a robust pipeline for recruitment
· Monitor changes in disease trends and relevant medical technology advancements
· Drive the development of Centres of Excellence
· Maintain and develop stakeholder relationships with doctors and industry partners. Undertake regular client servicing by managing business partnerships with doctors.
· Conceptualize, plan, execute and track healthcare marketing initiatives. You should be familiar with project lifecycle management – initiate, plan, execute, evaluate.
· Work with internal stakeholders and doctors for the creation of marketing materials, product placement in local and foreign channels in physical or digital form, and where necessary, training of local and foreign sales team on product knowledge and sales. This includes working with external stakeholder management for healthcare marketing plans.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in Product Management in pharmaceuticals, medtech or biotech sectors. You possess fundamental knowledge and experience in marketing and business development, and will possess strong business acumen, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Familiar with developing content for collaterals and digital marketing strategies, you have a passion for working in the Healthcare sector. Having a medical science related background would be highly valued.
