BIM Modeler / Coordinator (Architectural)

mustard are partnering with a visionary architecture practice specialized within the healthcare, research and construction technology field fostering key staff from Architects, Medical Planners and Healthcare experts to deliver on complex projects expanding for multiple BIM Modelers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage high-quality 3D/2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. • Produce precise architectural and civil structural shop drawings from as-built documentation, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to project standards. • Coordinate drawing revisions with project teams, ensuring seamless updates and alignment with evolving requirements. • Streamline BIM documentation for record-keeping and regulatory submissions, enhancing transparency and compliance. Requirements & Attributes: • Degree in Architecture, BIM, or Construction related field • Minimum 3-5+ years experience • BIM and Revit competent • Healthcare / Industrial / Commercial project experience is highly sought for • Singaporean or Singapore PR will be prioritized Applications: Please share your CV and Portfolio to Kelvin to schedule a call for further details.
