Bench Test Engineer (IP/RF, Embedded C/C++/LabVIEW/FPGA)

• Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
• Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
• Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
• Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.
