Job Description

Job overview and responsibility- Edit and package short videos for artists' social media accounts, and independently complete shooting and daily follow-shot tasks. - Develop diverse editing styles tailored for different content categories and conduct in-depth research on short video trends and industry dynamics. - Keep track of user preferences, drive continuous innovation to expand and retain the audience base. - Familiar with the content styles of mainstream overseas social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. - Assist the operations team in content planning, publishing, and management of social media accounts in various regions, platform coordination, and supporting the team leader in maintaining platform relationships. Required skills and experiences- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. - Proficient in common office software. - Fluent in both English and Chinese for daily and professional verbal communication. - Keen insight into social media hot topics; able to create shooting and editing styles that fit TikTok’s content characteristics. - Well-versed in the communication rules, operational tactics and media resources of mainstream social platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok). - Be willing to work overtime and respond promptly to urgent work requests. - Proactive at work, emotionally stable, approachable and a good team player. Preferred skills and experiences- Candidates with basic shooting skills (formal & casual shooting) and experience using photo editing tools and CapCut (international version) are preferred. - Prior experience shooting chinese A or S level celebrities is a strong plus. Why Candidate should apply this position- Salary Structure: 80% Basic Salary + 20% Performance-Based Salary. - For the first three months (probation period), only the Basic Salary will be paid. - Performance evaluation for the Performance-Based Salary will commence from the 4th month, with quarterly assessments and quarterly disbursements. - Annual compensation: 12-month salary (no additional bonus months). - In accordance with Singaporean law, the mandatory statutory contributions and insurance include the Central Provident Fund (CPF), Work Injury Compensation Insurance (WIC), and the Skills Development Levy (SDL), with CPF contributions made at the corresponding statutory rates. - Work no more than 44 hours per week, with a workweek of 5 or 6 days. - 7 days vacation time.
