Senior Account Executive / Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive / Account Manager to join our finance team. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in billing, and supporting management with timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately and promptly.

Amend and update invoices (pricing changes, customer info, credit notes).

Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN).

Manage cash flow and maintain proper financial records.

Handle cash collections from the delivery team.

Perform daily banking-in and reconciliation.

Attend to incoming calls and provide admin support.

Liaise with HQ on accounting and finance matters.

Prepare monthly statements and management reports.

Support AR and AP functions.

Perform data entry and filing of accounting documents.

Assist with month-end closing.

Prepare documents for audits.

Manage petty cash and reimbursements.

Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive.

Diploma or A-Level qualification.

Positive, pleasant, and responsible.

Able to work 5.5 days per week.
