Senior Project Manager (Lead)

Are you an experienced HVAC Project Leader with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams?

We are seeking a HVAC Senior Project Manager Lead to oversee a portfolio of major HVAC projects within the Marine & Offshore sector while leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers. This is a strategic leadership role with direct responsibility for project performance, profitability, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead a portfolio of HVAC projects from contract award through commissioning and handover
✔ Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers
✔ Drive project performance, cost control, risk management, and profitability
✔ Lead contractual negotiations, variations, claims, and dispute resolution
✔ Act as a senior point of contact for clients, shipyards, and key stakeholders
✔ Oversee procurement strategies and supplier management
✔ Directly manage strategic, high-value HVAC projects

What We're Looking For:
✔ 12–15+ years of HVAC project delivery experience
✔ Proven experience leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams
✔ Strong commercial, contractual, and financial management expertise
✔ Background in Marine & Offshore (preferred)
✔ Experience from Semiconductor, Cleanroom, Industrial Process HVAC, Datacentre, or Critical Environment projects will also be considered
✔ Strong knowledge of EPC, turnkey project delivery, commissioning, and system performance requirements
