Lead IT Product Manager***

This will be a 2-years direct contract position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior PM.
• Define standards for discovery, PRDs, experimentation, and product quality.
• Define product strategy and OKRs
• Translate needs into a sequenced and measurable roadmap.
• Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities.
• Ensure user needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.
• Drive rollout readiness (training, comms, support, feedback loops).
• Champion instrumentation and dashboards for adoption/efficiency/quality.
• Manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness).

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years in product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes
• Minimum 3 years in leading PMs and cross-functional teams in complex environments
• Strong in Product Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence
• Technical literacy to work effectively with engineers on platform, data and integration trade-offs
