Lead end-to-end IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with defined scope, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to align project goals and objectives.
Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, documentation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Ensure adherence to established delivery frameworks, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Track project progress, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans as needed.
Deliver clear, accurate, and timely status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage vendor engagements, ensuring accountability, high-quality deliverables, and effective contract negotiations.
Provide mentorship and leadership to project managers, promoting a high-performance and collaborative delivery culture.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in IT project management within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, as well as Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams with strong leadership and stakeholder influence.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive alignment.
Solid experience in vendor management, including negotiation and delivery oversight.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making capability.
