This role sits at the intersection of venture capital insight, narrative clarity, and SEO strategy. You will help capture and translate high-conviction ideas from founders and partners into structured, authoritative content that shapes perspectives across the Southeast Asia startup and investment ecosystem. What You’ll Do • Capture partners’ and founders’ ideas and translate them into clear, high-quality thought leadership • Distil investment theses, research insights, and market observations into publishable narratives • Apply SEO strategy and keyword insight while maintaining strong editorial judgment • Develop long-form and short-form content including thought leadership articles, impact report and ad-hoc pieces • Shape content structure, positioning, and voice in line with the firm’s investment theses What We’re Looking For • Strong understanding of the venture capital and startup ecosystem, with experience in Southeast Asia • Strong interest in writing thought leadership or strategic content for VC, startups, consulting, or adjacent fields • Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword strategy and content structuring for search • Ability to think in frameworks, arguments, and narratives • Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and accurately capturing their voice What Success Looks Like • Partners’ ideas are reflected with clarity, conviction, and accuracy • Content demonstrates strong point of view and ranks for relevant, high-intent topics • Writing strengthens TNB Aura’s positioning as a thoughtful, thesis-led investor in Southeast Asia Engagement Details • Contract / freelance role with potential for recurring work • Remote-friendly, with close collaboration across time zones
