Evo Commerce owns a few CPG brands focusing on high quality supplements. We’re currently operating in 10 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Tiktok, Zalora, FoodPanda, Fave, Shopee, etc. Our hero product, bback (previously known as Bounceback), is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our aim is to become the Redbull of hangover recovery, making hangover remedies accessible to drinkers worldwide. Find out more: www.withevo.com We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our retail marketing and in-store branding needs. This role focuses heavily on POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) and retail visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all physical touchpoints and enhancing the customer experience in-store. The ideal candidate understands how design influences buying behaviour and can translate brand guidelines into effective, practical retail designs. Key Responsibilities: Retail & POSM Design • Design and produce POSM materials such as: • Posters, buntings, wobblers, shelf talkers • Price cards, standees, lightbox visuals • Window displays and in-store signage • Adapt campaign visuals for different store formats and layouts • Ensure designs are practical for printing, installation, and retail use Brand & Visual Execution • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all retail materials • Work closely with marketing and retail teams to interpret campaign objectives • Ensure designs align with promotional messaging and customer journey Production & Vendor Coordination • Prepare print-ready artwork (correct sizing, bleed, colour mode, resolution) • Liaise with printers, fabricators, and vendors when required • Review print samples and artwork proofs to ensure quality and accuracy Collaboration & Support • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns • Collaborate with sales, operations, and merchandising teams • Assist with other design needs such as digital ads, social media visuals, or simple motion graphics (if required) Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (retail, FMCG, or POSM experience is a strong advantage) • Fresh graduates with strong retail-focused portfolios may be considered • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong understanding of print production and POSM specifications • Good layout, typography, and colour sense • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Creative with strong attention to detail • Practical and solutions-oriented (understands real-world retail constraints) • Good communication and teamwork skills • Able to take feedback and revise designs efficiently
