We combine 3D scanning, BIM coordination and precision site execution to deliver higher-quality projects with fewer errors and less rework. As we expand, we are building a professional site structure to support multiple projects at scale. Role Overview We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site execution of interior renovation projects. You will be the front-line controller of site quality, coordination and compliance, ensuring that all works are carried out according to drawings, scope and sequence. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, firm on standards, and experienced in interior fit-out works. Key Responsibilities Site Inspection & Quality Control • Conduct regular site inspections across all trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, tiling, etc. • Identify defects, incorrect installation, damage or missing works • Take photos and report all issues clearly Two-Stage Inspection During works • Catch mistakes early • Stop incorrect work before it becomes permanent After completion • Verify finished works against drawings and approved scope Issue Reporting • Log and report all defects, discrepancies and site risks • Escalate all cost-related or scope-related issues • No unauthorised changes or agreements on site Coordination with Contractors • Coordinate IPORT-appointed and client-appointed contractors • Ensure correct sequencing, openings, clearances and handover points • Prevent clashes between trades Site Control • Act as the single point of coordination on site • Ensure all trades follow approved drawings and instructions Who We Are Looking For • Singapore Citizen or PR (preferred for regulatory compliance) • Experience in interior renovation or fit-out works • Able to read drawings and understand site sequencing • Strong attention to detail • Able to handle workers firmly and professionally • Comfortable taking photos, writing site notes and reporting issues What You Will Get • Stable full-time role in a growing renovation company • Exposure to BIM-driven project delivery • Clear systems and structured site workflow • Opportunity to grow into Senior Site Supervisor / Project Lead How to Apply Please send your CV with relevant site experience to: [email protected] Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
