We are currently seeking a talented Architect to join one of our project teams, working closely with a Partner and the wider design group on high-profile, international projects. The Role As an Architect at Foster + Partners, you will contribute to all stages of the design and project development process. You will play an active role in shaping design outcomes, producing high-quality drawings and visual material, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to deliver integrated architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and progress design proposals through drawings, models, images and documentation • Take responsibility for defined areas of design and project development • Assist in coordinating the internal design team and liaising with external consultants • Ensure compliance with Foster + Partners’ procedures, standards and quality benchmarks • Contribute positively to the wider project and studio environment • Maintain CPD records and a Personal Development Plan in line with RIBA (or equivalent) requirements About You • Legally eligible to work in the country where the role is based • Strong design ability with the confidence to articulate and present ideas • Comfortable working across multiple media to communicate design intent • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage deadlines under pressure • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills • Flexible, resilient and open to new ways of working and lifelong learning • Professional, discreet and able to handle sensitive or confidential information Desirable Experience • Understanding of the architect’s role in project coordination and information management • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members • Awareness of project financial controls and delivery on time and budget • Proficiency in software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Why Foster + Partners?
