Responsibilities

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role will oversee full group consolidation, statutory reporting, management reporting and finance operations across the Group. This is a hands-on role suited for candidates with strong technical accounting and group reporting experience within listed manufacturing environments.

• Perform full group consolidation and preparation of consolidated financial statements at holding company level

• Prepare management reports, board reporting packs, budget variance analysis and financial analysis

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities across the Group

• Coordinate reporting activities with overseas subsidiaries and finance teams

• Ensure compliance with SFRS / IFRS, statutory requirements and internal controls

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretaries

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning exercises

• Oversee manufacturing costing and inventory-related reporting for Singapore operations

• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiency initiatives

• Supervise finance team members across local and regional operations
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on full group consolidation and group reporting experience at holding company level

• Prior experience in SGX-listed or other listed group structures preferred

• Manufacturing industry experience is required

• Strong technical accounting knowledge in SFRS / IFRS

• Experience in consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations and management reporting
