Job Description

Job Description • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and guidelines. • Perform daily cutting, portioning, preparation • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations. • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management. • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to support smooth operations. Job Requirement • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a central kitchen, catering, or restaurant environment. • Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. • Strong awareness of food hygiene and safety practices. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. • Team player with good communication skills. • Willingness to learn and adapt to different cooking styles and cuisines.
