Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.
Establish, review, and enhance financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial analysis to support effective business decision-making.
Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and strategic guidance to management.
Conduct periodic internal reviews and audits to identify risks, strengthen controls, and drive operational improvements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability, optimise costs, and support sustainable business growth.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business performance enhancement.
Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset and willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day finance activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Proficient in ERP systems, financial modelling, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Experience with GTP and MES systems will be an added advantage.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
