Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
• Position Title: QA Engineer
• Working Location: Redhill (Near to the MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days a week (Flexi Hours)
• Salary Package: Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure products are reliable, durable, and perform well through proper testing and analysis.
• Plan and carry out reliability, performance, and lifecycle testing for products and parts.
• Prepare test plans and schedules to ensure testing is completed on time.
• Perform hands-on testing and monitor test progress.
• Analyse test results to identify issues and improvement areas.
• Work with cross-functional teams to follow up on corrective actions and product improvements.
• Prepare clear test reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising test results.
• Ensure test data is accurate, traceable, and properly recorded.
• Maintain proper documentation to support decision-making, audits, and quality improvements.
• Support internal audits by preparing and compiling required documents.
• Lead and guide a team of 3 QA staff in daily and weekly testing operations.
• Support continuous improvement within the quality function.
• Perform additional duties as delegated by Superior.

• Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant QA or reliability testing experience.
• Experience in reliability testing, product validation, and test planning.
• Able to analyse test data and identify root causes or improvement action
• Able to lead a small team and manage daily testing activities.
