• Oversee the core architectural design, creation, and deployment of SD-WAN network infrastructure.
• Conduct comprehensive marketplace scans and technical evaluations of emerging technologies through proof-of-concept testing.
• Manage the complete solution lifecycle, including software upgrades, platform enhancements, and technical feature developments.
• Coordinate cross-functional project scopes and technical planning alongside product, pre-sales, and support teams.
• Provide high-level engineering escalation guidance to effectively resolve complex platform and software implementation issues.

skills and experience required.

• Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Professional network certification is preferred
• Strong fundamental knowledge of core networking protocols, system virtualization, and modern cloud architecture.
