Power Platform Consultant/Engineer (Central)

Brief Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Consultant/Engineer adept at combining analytical business process insights with practical low-code delivery. This role involves optimizing workflows and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for innovative business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized workflows (To-Be).
• Gather and organize business requirements through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Lead comprehensive delivery from requirement definition to implementation and ongoing operation.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other relevant systems.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Design AI-powered agents and automation use cases (e.g., knowledge search, internal support, workflow augmentation).
• Produce detailed solution documentation and deliver end-user training.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related roles
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and/or Power Automate).
• Proven experience in business process analysis, workflow design, or process improvement.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
