AI Engineer (Team Lead - LLM / Computer Vision)

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into technical and design specifications; collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives.
• Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance application structures, including modules, data flow, and integration points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface layouts ensuring intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Prepare detailed design documents, workflows, APIs, and data models; maintain version control.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure design feasibility and quality; participate in design reviews.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and validate that implementations meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Ensure designs meet security, accessibility, and organizational or regulatory standards.

Competencies / Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, and AI models (e.g., LLM, YOLO).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in application architecture, integration, and API design.
• Proficiency in UI/UX principles, cloud platforms, and system integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot design issues, propose solutions, and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing application architecture, including data flow and system interfaces.
• Knowledge of design patterns, security principles, and best practices for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and security standards.
• Ability to prepare clear, detailed documentation for development and operational teams.
