Assist in merchant self-registration tasks, including educating merchants on system requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process Review and verify merchant documents to ensure compliance with ShopeeFood’s guidelines Monitor social media communications with merchants and promptly respond to their queries Collaborate with Merchant Ops to identify duplicate submissions, enhance submission quality, and minimize rejection rates Support lead generation for the self-registration channel
