Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
2. Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, semantic search capabilities, and vector databases.
3. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to support business-critical applications.
4. Establish AI governance and guardrails, including evaluation frameworks, observability, monitoring, data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
5. Guide teams through the AI development lifecycle, from experimentation and proof-of-concept (POC) to production-ready deployment.
6. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, and recommend suitable solutions for business and public sector use cases.
7. Champion engineering best practices, including clean code, pair programming, code reviews, refactoring, testing, and CI/CD methodologies.
8. Lead DevOps initiatives by implementing and improving build automation, release management, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment pipelines.
9. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
10. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across cloud environments and production systems.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software development using Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
3. Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, RAG architectures, semantic search, vector databases, and AI application development.
4. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), SQL and NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
5. Proven experience in Agile development environments with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
