As our organisation expands, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate financial records across our centres. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and can manage finance tasks independently in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions independently
- Assist in month-end closing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and accurate accounting records
- Support GST submissions and petty cash management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate finance processes

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant finance experience
- Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good time management skills and able to meet reporting deadlines
