Job Description
- To manage Company Financial Control & Governance To manage Company operation Cash Flow Management
- Plan and manage Operational Budgeting & Cost Control
- Monitoring and Control Pricing, Margin & Project Profitability Strategic & Management Support and
- Handle Risk Management & Insurance HR & Compensation Support (Indirect Role)
- Lead finance & accounting function
- Ensure accurate monthly management accounts Strengthen internal controls & approval limits
- Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Weekly/monthly cash flow forecast
- Improve customer collections (AR)
- Optimize supplier payment terms (AP)
- Cash planning for projects & service work
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budget & rolling forecast
- Monitor cost variance (OT, travel, spares, subcontractors)
- Support cost-reduction initiatives without affecting operations
- Managing Project & Service Profitability
- Analyze margins by Project
- Review engineer utilization & overtime impact
- Support pricing for tenders & service agreements Cash planning for projects & service work

Requirements :
Degree in Accounting/ Finance with 5-8 years in Marine Industry in a Management role.
Strong in Marine Project and Budget Control
Strong leadership management and organisation skills
