Technical Services Lead

Working Location : Buona Vista
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm

Job Summary:

This role requires a proactive leader who can drive technical excellence, champion energy efficiency initiatives, and ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, andperformance standards. The successful candidate will foster a culture ofaccountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across allaspects of facilities management.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Compliance
·     Lead the Operations team in managing M&E systems, preventive maintenance,inspections, audits, and daily facility operations. Provide mentorship toensure adherence to safety, technical, and performance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement
·      Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Respond promptly to feedback and service requests, ensuring high satisfaction andsmooth coordination on maintenance matters.

Data-Driven Operations
·      Analyze operational metrics such as equipment performance and energy consumption to produce actionable insights and continuous improvement reports forstakeholders.

Contractor Oversight
·       Manage both scheduled and ad-hoc works by subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with GSK standards and programs like CSMS.

Technical Troubleshooting
·      Identify and resolve system failures and conduct root cause analysis and implementcorrective/preventive actions.

Quality Assurance & Safety
·      Perform facility condition assessments, verify contractor deliverables againstspecifications, and enforce compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
