Work you’ll do Event Planning • Plan and manage events from end-to-end, which includes conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, webinars & networking events • Conduct research on potential venues, vendors, and suppliers for event-related services and make recommendations based on the event requirements • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, and other necessary arrangements • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure their seamless integration into the event planning process • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting • Develop & coordinate with designer on event branding materials that are visually appealing and brand compliant Administrative • Maintain detailed records of all contracts, invoices, and payments related to events • Management of business relationship checks for new vendors & existing vendors • Manage event supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring their availability for events • Support the fulfillment of the merchandise store • Maintain existing vendor relationships and proactive expand vendors and partners for collaborations Qualifications and Skills: • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles is preferred • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and online collaboration tools Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
