We are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst (PO/BA), proficient in cash management to drive ISO 20022 implementation and initiatives for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay relevant on updates related to ISO 20022, translating these into business and system requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Banking / Transaction Banking business users, operations teams, and technology teams for Cash Management initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements across cash management products including account services, liquidity management, virtual accounts, receivables, payables, and corporate digital channels.
  • Drive end-to-end process design across cash lifecycle flows including account onboarding, balance reporting, fund transfers, reconciliation, liquidity structures, and regulatory reporting.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide system enhancements and product rollouts.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for cash management capabilities, ensuring alignment with client needs, revenue objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational scalability.
  • Prepare and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, process models (AS-IS / TO-BE), and client journey documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, implementation, and service teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client onboarding.
  • Support UAT coordination, client testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Ensure cash management products comply with regulatory, compliance, and internal risk governance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience, automation, and operational efficiency across cash management services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner in Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or Liquidity Management domains.
  • Proven experience working on Cash Management and Transaction Banking solutions (Example: Liquidity Management, Virtual Accounts, Receivables & Payables solutions, Corporate Digital Banking Platforms, Balance & Reporting services)
  • Strong understanding of corporate treasury workflows and cash lifecycle management.
  • Experience performing process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders across product, operations, technology, and client-facing teams.
  • Familiarity with payment rails (RTGS, ACH, real-time payments) is advantageous
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of banking compliance, liquidity regulations, and operational risk frameworks is a plus.
