Staff/ Senior Engineer

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leads all technology work in the company. This role improves how the factory, outlets, drivers, and customer systems operate. The goal is to use technology to increase efficiency, reduce errors, lower manpower strain, and support long-term growth.

The CTO works closely with the CEO and operations team to understand daily problems and turn them into practical system solutions. This is a hands-on role. The CTO will both plan and build. There is no large IT team. The CTO must think clearly and execute independently.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and carry out a clear multi-year technology plan
• Build and improve the ERP and POS systems, including garment scanning, QC tracking, invoice tracking, sorting, and driver routing
• Decide whether to buy ready-made software or build from scratch by comparing cost, flexibility, and long-term impact
• Research available APIs and tools in the market before choosing to build custom systems
• Design smart routing and load planning logic to improve delivery efficiency
• Study past data to spot trends, repeated problems, and bottlenecks
• Turn data findings into clear improvements in workflow
• Build and maintain company dashboards so performance is visible
• Connect factory machines and software systems so information flows correctly
• Make sure payment systems, wallet systems, CRM, and website work smoothly together
• Protect company data and ensure proper backups
• Be fully responsible for all technology decisions

This role builds the digital foundation of Presto Drycleaners. The focus is not on maintaining old systems, but on creating better systems that support automation, tracking, accountability, and long-term growth.
