Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple brands and outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, maintaining brand standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple F&B outlets
• Ensure consistent service quality, food standards, and brand compliance
• Monitor KPIs including sales, costs, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvement strategies
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams
• Build a strong service culture and high employee engagement
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
Customer Experience
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction across all locations
• Handle escalated customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain strong service standards and brand reputation
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of F&B experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record in improving operational performance and profitability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexibility to travel between outlets and work weekends/public holidays if required
