Position Title: HR Operations & Time Attendance Executive Location: Tuas, Singapore (API Manufacturing Plant) At VIATRIS, we see healthcare not as it is but as it should be. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how this role will make an impact: Key Responsibilities • Manage daily time & attendance, overtime validation, shift premiums, and accurate payroll input preparation. • Administer statutory and company leave with proper documentation and timely updates. • Handle HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, employee letters, and general HR support. • Manage MOM notifications and administer EP/S Pass/Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations. • Support statutory submissions and maintain accurate employee records and claims (e.g., government‑paid leave reimbursements). • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and proper handling of employee data in line with PDPA requirements. • Provide employee support on HR, leave, and timekeeping matters, coordinating with internal teams and system administrators. Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience. • 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, time & attendance, payroll inputs, and work pass administration. • Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree in Human Resources. • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality. • Familiarity with Singapore HR regulations and comfort supporting a manufacturing/shift‑based workforce.
