Job Description

Responsibilities • Key Responsibilities: Parent Engagement & Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for all admissions inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. • Conduct personalized school tours, open houses, and virtual information sessions. • Build strong relationships with prospective families by understanding their needs and clearly articulating the school’s value proposition. Admissions Process Management • Guide parents through the application process, from inquiry to enrollment and orientation. • Review application materials for completeness and accuracy. • Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for interviews, assessments, and class placements. CRM & Data Management • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using a CRM platform. • Track and report on inquiry trends, conversion rates, and enrollment pipeline stages. • Follow up consistently to nurture leads and reduce drop-offs in the admissions funnel. Marketing & Outreach Support • Collaborate with marketing to plan and support school promotional events and campaigns. • Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach efforts based on parent interactions. • Represent the school at education fairs, expos, and community engagement events. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Business, or related field preferably • 2–4 years of experience in school admissions, customer service, or sales (preferably in an international or private school setting) • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) • Confident public speaker and empathetic listener • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet enrollment deadlines Key Competencies • Relationship-building and empathy • Strategic follow-up and attention to detail • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential data • Initiative, accountability, and a service-driven mindset • Cultural sensitivity and international outlook • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or business Working Days: 5.5
