Finance Manager (Regional / Process Improvement) [EL]

Job Summary

Responsible for managing finance operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls across SEA entities. This role supports regional stakeholders while driving process improvements and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, and GL functions across SEA

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare and review financial statements and statutory accounts

• Ensure tax and regulatory compliance

• Act as regional finance contact for SEA entities

• Lead and develop the accounting team

• Improve finance processes, controls, and efficiencies

• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and authorities

• Support audits and regulatory submissions

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CIMA qualification

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience, with team leadership exposure

• Manufacturing or logistics industry experience preferred

• Experience in process improvement initiatives is advantageous
