Position: Assistant Finance/Accounts Manager (Consolidation/Budgeting- SAP/ERP)
Location: Tuas Crescent - Company transport provided (Pick up point at Jurong East and Marsiling MRT)
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am- 5.15pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $6500+ Bonus + Medical
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Wholesale of diesel-powered generators

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure timely submission of consolidation packages
Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end group consolidation financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements
Prepare group cash flow statements and supporting schedules
Support SGX quarterly and year-end reporting announcements
Prepare quarterly board papers and reports
Assist in preparation of Annual Report, AGM and EGM documentation
Support Sustainability Report preparation
Consolidate annual group budget and forecast
Liaise with external auditors on group matters
Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and relevant statutory requirements
Review GST filings and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements
Oversee yearly stock take exerciseMonitor and analyse monthly financial performance against budget
Perform project-based Gross Profit Margin (GPM) analysis
Assist in development and implementation of SOPs
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and/or IFRS Experience in group consolidation is required
Experience in consolidation for publicly listed companies will be an advantage
Familiarity with SGX reporting requirements preferred
Knowledge of SAP ERP system is an added advantage
Able to travel to overseas subsidiaries when required for business needs
