- Manage and oversee finance functions and operations for all entities within the Group
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Payroll administration and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Lead and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts, account reconciliations and financial reporting in accordance with Singapore FinancialReporting Standards.
- Monthly cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and prepare consolidated cash flow forecast.
- Responsible for quarterly GST returns. Assist in annual tax computation and returns.
- Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and optimize profitability
- Prepare annual budget and forecasts
- Coordinate with auditors, operations, HR and external stakeholders as needed
- Handle year-end audit, liaise with external auditors, corporate secretary and tax agent
- Develop, enhance and implement internal control systems across the Group
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification
- ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
- At least 5 years in supervisory/management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, financial and accounting software (e.g. SAP, ODOO)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore tax regulations.
- Meticulous, strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, a good team player and able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and people skills who can liaise with the management and site teams
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to lead supervise junior finance staff and drive process improvements
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage as the role requires regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
