Solutions Architect, CISCO - [ST]

• Support Account Managers in technical positioning of Cisco networking and security solutions to channel partners
• Assist partners with solution sizing, basic design, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation
• Provide technical input for RFQs/RFPs and partner quotations
• Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) setups, and lab testing
• Conduct basic technical enablement sessions and product briefings for partners
• Work closely with vendor teams to drive pipeline development and meet quarterly GP targets

Role Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or pre-sales (distributor/SI environment preferred)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, wireless, security)
• Exposure to Cisco technologies preferred though not a must
• CCNA certified or pursuing certification would be an added advantage
• Possess good communication and presentation skills to engage channel partners
