🔧 Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of e-commerce platform projects

• Gather business requirements and translate into technical plans

• Evaluate vendor proposals and third-party solutions

• Monitor timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources

• Act as the primary liaison with external vendors and challenge deliverables for quality

• Collaborate with in-house developers and UX designers to ensure business alignment

• Provide status updates, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations to management

• Contribute to SOPs, process improvements, and standardization

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

• 5–8 years experience in technical/project/product management for e-commerce, software, or digital platforms

• Experience with platform integrations, APIs, ERP systems, or large-scale digital projects

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or PMP/PRINCE2 methodologies

• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills

• Competence in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

• Analytical, organized, and able to provide actionable insights to senior management
