Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate effective leadership by managing and inspiring the operations team to achieve optimal performance and adherence to established standards.
  • Operations Centre Oversight: Direct and coordinate comprehensive activities within the operations centre, including strategic planning, deployment, and meticulous tracking of security operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Incident Management: Act as the central point of contact for security-related incidents. Prepare detailed incident reports, initiate follow-up actions, and communicate effectively with the management team to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
  • Operational Support: Provide additional operational support to the management team as needed, contributing to the overall success of organizational objectives.
  • Training and Supervision: Train and supervise the operations team, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP). Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate actively in short and long-term organizational planning and strategy discussions as an integral member of the management team, providing valuable insights and contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders. Ensure open lines of communication and collaboration to uphold the organization's reputation and meet stakeholder expectations.

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree from recognized institutions
  • Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) or Senior Officers from the Singapore Police Force (SPF) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven Leadership experience with managing a team across geographic
  • Self-motivated and with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Team player with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills at all levels
