What you will do

As a Consultant in Identity and Access Management (IAM) at Deloitte, you will support the development and implementation of IAM solutions to enhance client security and compliance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help design, develop, and deploy IAM technologies, ensuring seamless integration with client systems. Your work will involve engaging with clients to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure the successful delivery of IAM projects.

You will

• Support the execution of IAM services and assist senior team members in delivering quality solutions.
• Assist in the installation, integration, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Support the development and customization of connectors, workflows, and integration modules.
• Help implement basic custom rules, scripts, and plugins to enhance SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality.
• Participate in day-to-day IAM operations, including tasks related to Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Application Onboarding.
• Communicate technical details to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Assist with project scope, scheduling, status tracking, and documentation.
• Build positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and assisting in providing solutions that exceed expectations.
• Recognize and suggest ways to enhance engagement efficiency and profitability.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on designing, implementing, or supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SSO platforms such as PingFederate, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), or ADFS, including configuring authentication protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field;
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts, IT risk management, and compliance standards.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Project coordination experience is advantageous.
