What We’re Building

Beach House Playground — an AI-powered creative platform that brings together image generation, video production, voiceover creation, and storyboarding into one unified tool for creative teams. We’re ready to build this into a full B2B platform for production companies and creative agencies globally.

The Role

You’ll be our dedicated engineer, building the platform from the ground up — backend architecture, database design, API layer, and media processing pipelines. This is a pure engineering role: you’ll be building the product.

What You’ll Do

→ Architect and build a scalable backend and API layer from scratch

→ Design and implement the database with proper schema design and data modelling

→ Build media processing pipelines — video/audio transcoding, compression, and AI generation queuing

→ Implement authentication, authorization, and multi-tenancy so different teams get isolated environments

→ Set up containerized deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure

→ Build content delivery infrastructure for global media distribution

→ Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production reliability


What We’re Looking For

→ 2–5 years in backend development, DevOps, or full-stack engineering

→ Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or similar

→ Production experience with SQL databases — schema design, optimization, migrations

→ Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker)

→ Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

→ Strong API design skills (REST and/or GraphQL)

→ You’ve shipped real products used by real people
