Our client is a global, NYSE listed healthcare company, supplying innovative products used in hospitals worldwide. The APAC region is a key growth engine, supported by a regional strategy and commercial excellence team.

The Role

This is a regional role within the Regional Commercial Excellence function. The role focuses on hands-on analytics, reporting, and commercial insights, supporting regional leadership and country commercial teams across Asia Pacific.

You will own APAC market models, sales dashboards, and commercial intelligence, and play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making and strategic planning across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a regional analytics expert, synthesising multiple data sources to deliver actionable commercial insights

• Build, maintain, and own APAC market sizing and share models using top-down and bottom-up methodologies

• Develop and manage sales dashboards in Power BI, covering revenue, volume, price, and margin

• Deliver monthly commercial performance reports and insights to regional leadership

• Build and maintain pricing and portfolio databases, including forecasting and scenario simulations

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support regional strategy and go-to-market initiatives

• Support APAC strategic planning and ad-hoc analytical projects as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consulting, or market intelligence

• Advanced Excel skills; market modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis

• Strong Power BI experience; dashboard development and data visualisation

• Proven ability to analyse sales and market data and translate insights into clear recommendations

• Strong PowerPoint storytelling skills; able to independently build senior-level presentations

• Comfortable working across multiple countries and stakeholders in a regional role
