Legal Executive (1-year Contract)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Legal Executive / Paralegal to support the in-house legal team during a period of increased workload. The successful candidate will assist with legal documentation, transaction support, regulatory filings, and general administrative tasks. Job Description • Review and assist with the preparation, formatting, and filing of legal documents (e.g. NDAs, board resolutions, agreements). • Support transactional work including tracking document status, following up with internal and external stakeholders, and compiling execution versions. • Assist in managing contract databases, document management systems, and legal records. • Coordinate signatures and document execution across business units. • Conduct basic legal and regulatory research, as required. • Liaise with internal departments (e.g. compliance, operations, front office) to support legal queries and processes. • Perform administrative duties for the legal team such as scheduling, filing, and invoice tracking. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Law, Business, or related field. • Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage deadlines across multiple workstreams. • Strong written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience or interest in the financial services sector would be a plus.
