Title: Attorney, APAC Location: Singapore Compensation (USD): $105,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Industry: Electronic components Semiconductor distribution Global supply chain Reports To: U.S.-based General Counsel About the Job A global electronic and semiconductor distributor is seeking an Attorney to join its APAC Legal team in Singapore. The company supports customers across communications, automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial markets. This is a hands-on, business-facing in-house counsel role supporting commercial contracts and cross-border transactions across APAC. Role Responsibilities • Draft and negotiate NDAs, supplier agreements, distribution agreements, and manufacturing contracts. • Support cross-border commercial transactions across APAC. • Identify legal risks and support compliance with Singapore and applicable international laws. • Partner with executive leadership on contract strategy and legal guidance. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams. • Support contract management processes and documentation standards. Ideal Candidate • Law degree (LLB or JD) from a recognized institution. • Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction and in good standing. • 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in commercial or corporate law. • Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. • Experience handling NDAs and high-volume contract environments. • Working knowledge of cross-border transactions. • Clear communicator with strong business judgment. • Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background • Experience supporting multinational organizations. • Exposure to semiconductor, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments. • Familiarity with contract management systems.
