Assistant Account Manager

Job Description

- Assist in managing the full set of accounts for the company and it’s subsidiary

- Support monthly closing and reporting

- Assist in analyzing of profit and loss statements and work on areas of improvement

- Work closely with Accounts Assistant to ensure invoices are issued accurately and timely by the team

- Arrears Management

- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external stakeholders regarding finance related matters

- Collaborate with accounts assistants in handling daily accounting operations

- Support the Account manager in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

1. Diploma in Accountancy and above
