The Role
As a Senior Product Manager you will own and drive the end-to-end product vision for automating Triple-A’s financial and treasury operations. This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, treasury, FX, and crypto, and will work very closely with our Finance/Treasury teams and its own development teams. You will be responsible for building products and internal platforms that cover everything from partner reconciliation and settlement, to forecasting automation, liquidity management, and FX optimization.

This is a senior, hands-on role with full product ownership, from problem discovery and strategy, through execution, launch, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for treasury and finance-related products, from conception to execution and iteration.
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automating financial operations across the organization.
• Translate complex treasury, finance, and FX requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Work very closely with Finance and Treasury teams to deeply understand operational workflows, constraints, and regulatory considerations.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders where required.
• Write clear product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Drive delivery, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely execution.
• Own post-launch performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong prior exposure to finance, treasury, FX, payments, or crypto.
• Demonstrated ability to work on financial systems, reconciliations, settlements, or forecasting tools.
• MBA strongly preferred, especially with a focus on finance, strategy, or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with financial data and models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to bridge finance and engineering seamlessly.
• High ownership mentality with a bias toward execution.
