Job Description

  • Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).
  • Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration methods.
  • Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice guidelines for ServiceNow development.

Requirements:

  • Have experience in implementing either ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response).
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Have experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low code/ncode platforms, particularly within complex enterprise environments. Preferably with certifications in low/ncode ServiceNow platform.

Completed the following ServiceNow certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response.

Good thave skills (Optional):

  • Completed the ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.
  • Completed the ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.
