End User IT Support Engineer (PRIT)

Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Support Specialist IT, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operation and support of applications and services for end users. This position offers a blend of remote and on-site support to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide both remote and local support, including Service Desk assistance, User Administration, and Desk Side Support.

• Engage in Incident & Problem Management, Request Management, and Change Management.

• Manage access rights and fulfill user requests as stipulated.

• Offer timely support and information to end users during operational disruptions.

• Act as the action owner for assigned cases, determining and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate support teams when necessary.

• Collaborate with 2nd and 3rd line teams to address and resolve problems.

• Contribute to knowledge management, including documenting errors and workarounds.

• Ensure compliance with established information security policies.

• Participate in preventive maintenance and pre-check activities to improve service reliability.

Requirements:

• Relevant education in IT or related fields.

• Proven experience in IT support roles, particularly in incident and problem management.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient in utilizing knowledge management systems and documentation processes.

• Familiarity with security policies and protocols in IT environments.

• Willingness to engage in professional development and training initiatives.
