Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and optimize server hardware and related components for high-performance, energy-efficient AI computing systems. You will work closely with our R&D and deployment teams to ensure our solutions meet cutting-edge performance, reliability, and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test high-performance computing server hardware.
Optimize hardware for immersion-cooled and energy-efficient operations.
Collaborate with firmware, software, and systems teams to integrate hardware with AI workloads.
Conduct hardware troubleshooting, validation, and performance benchmarking.
Stay updated on emerging server hardware technologies and AI computing trends.
Document designs, test results, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in server or high-performance computing hardware design.
Strong knowledge of PCB design, thermal management, power delivery, and cooling solutions (immersion or liquid cooling preferred).
Familiarity with AI hardware accelerators (GPUs, TPUs) and high-performance storage systems.
Hands-on experience with hardware testing, validation, and benchmarking.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Experience with tropical environment deployments and heat management.
Knowledge of edge computing or data-center-grade server solutions.
