Agile Business Analyst - WCAN

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Conduct workshops, perform process mapping, and carry out gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, and QA to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards and operational requirements.
• Provide support during system implementation, go-live, and change management activities.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex business environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and system workflows.
• Experienced in Agile/Scrum project delivery and sprint management.
• Skilled in stakeholder collaboration, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Familiar with enterprise software systems and digital platforms.
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
• Knowledgeable in API integration and process automation.
