Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst to support data product development, solutioning, and process re-engineering across our digital platforms. This role blends strong data engineering fundamentals (SQL/DB) with business engagement, usability testing, and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality data solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data product development and maintenance, including BAU and SLA-driven deliverables

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions

• Perform solutioning and process re-engineering to improve existing data usage and workflows

• Apply strong SQL and relational database practices for data validation and analysis

• Contribute to usability testing and user feedback cycles

• Produce clear technical and user documentation

• Ensure adherence to data quality best practices and operational excellence

• Manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines

• Proactively adopt new tools and technologies to improve data platforms

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, operations)

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline

• 5+ years of experience in data product development, solutioning, process re-engineering, or digital product delivery

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL and relational databases / warehouses (e.g., Postgres, Oracle, Snowflake)

• Working knowledge of Python (Pandas), dbt, PySpark is a strong advantage

• Experience working with business users in BAU/SLA environments

• Experience in usability testing and stakeholder management

• Strong documentation skills (technical & user-facing)

• Knowledge of data quality best practices and operational excellence

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning new technologies
