Responsibilities:

Perform data analysis to derive actionable insights that support business and commercial decisions (including ETL and data mining).
Analyze sales, pricing, and category performance data to provide market assessments and category-level insights.
Track and evaluate consumer trends, market research data and competitive intelligence to support strategic planning.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIs.
Monitor competitors’ activities and assess their impact on business performance.
Support monthly management reporting, including data consolidation, analysis, and presentation materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Finance) to improve execution efficiency and data accuracy.
Provide support for corporate planning, forecasting, and regulatory or compliance-related reporting where required.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
1–2 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or consumer-related industry.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or SQL is an advantage.
Salary: up to $4500
Work location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6.30pm
